In today's tutorial, I'm going to show you how to create a quick and easy tranquil cloudy sky scene in Adobe Illustrator with help of the a Scatter Brush and the Blending Mode Screen . Also we learn how to draw a bird silhouette and create the sun by Flare Tool . So let's get started! Step 1 First of all we should draw the background. Take the Rectangle Tool (M) and draw a rectangle with the same dimensions as the Artboard . Fill it with the help of the Gradient . You can use standard Swatch Libraries of Adobe Illustrator to do this. Go to the Window > Swatch Libraries > Gradients > Sky . Choose any sample. Set the angle of 90 degrees in the Gradient panel . In today’s tutorial you will learn how to create a retro vinyl record with the help of the conical gradient. We will use the Apply gradient along stroke function for this. You can find all Illustrator tutorials from this blog using this link → CLICK HERE First of all we should create two circles. Use the Ellipse Tool (L) . Turn off the Fill. Then increase the stroke width of these circles as in the picture below. Select the inner circle. Move the Fill to the top position in the Fill panel. Then apply the Radial Gradient (Ctrl+F9) to the stroke. You need to enable the Apply gradient along stroke option. Do the same for the second circle. Change gradient colors slightly. Then make the central part of the vinyl. Draw another circle. The hole on the vinyl is also a circle. And one more black circle in the background. Now draw two circles with a white stroke - 0,25 pt Weight. Select circles and go to the menu Object > Blend > Make . Then go Object...

In this Adobe Illustrator tutorial I'm going to show you how to create a Valentine's card with a cloudy text effect. To create this effect I'll be using a Scatter Brush and Inner Glow Effect . Let's go! Step 1 First you need to create a Scatter Brush . Draw a small circle, use the Ellipse Tool (L) for this. Size is approximately 20 x 20 px . Use a color as shown in the image below. Then drag and drop the circle to the Brushes panel . Select "Scatter Brush" in next window and click OK. Set the properties as shown in the image below. Then click OK again. This is step by step Illustrator tutorial that teaches you how to draw an owl icon in flat style. We’ll be using different shapes and some vector building techniques. And of course work with colors. Let’s start! First of all create new document Ctrl+N . Color Mode - RGB . Dimensions are 500x500 px. Create Basic Shapes Take the Ellipse Tool (L) and draw an oval. Turn off the Fill . We need only Stroke . Move the ellipse up by the Selection Tool (V) and hold Shift and Alt . You will get the copy of the ellipse. Select all Ctrl+A and click Minus Front in the PathFinder panel to get new shape. Draw one more ellipse. Copy this ellipse to the opposite side. Take the Reflect Tool (O) .
